How to unlock the High Crimes achievement in Major League Baseball 2K10 - Definitive Guide
Alright, here we go, this was one of the HARDEST achievements I have had to get in a long time, mostly because it is BROKEN. You can rob all the home runs you want, but more than likely you will not get this achievement.
However, it is not impossible and there is hope. After doing tons of research online, I believed that the only way to get this achievement was to get a specific animation when robbing the home run, that is, to have your player run up the wall and lean far over the edge with his arm outstretched making the out. Here is a video:

Credit goes to Green Monster81 for that one.
To get the animation you can't just wait at the bottom of the wall to rob the home run, you need to be running and in one fluid motion, as you can see.
I, however, did NOT get that animation but I got the achievement anyways. Here is how I did it.
First, before you do anything, clear your cache, load up the game and don't update, just play offline before any patches (credit again to Green Monster81 for coming up with this). Use the White Sox but max the speed, fielding stats, etc. of your fielders (Rios, Jones and Pierre). I played against the Yankees, but I suppose any team will work. The important thing is that, whoever you play, you max their stats so that they hit home runs often. Set your difficulty to Legend then edit the CPU Power and Contact to 100. Technically this will make the difficulty "custom", but since it gives you a handicap, the achievement will still unlock.
Many, MANY people say to play at AAA East field and that's fine, people have gotten it there but I got it at Tropicana Field (as have others who have followed my tips). The thing about the Trop is that all the walls are climbable height and it's the same height all around. I would say this is your best bet, but I suppose it doesn't matter.
As everyone else has said, use Mark Buehrle and just press RB once to throw an easy changeup. They won't hit a HR every time but they should often and when they do, it will often be uncatchable (you should notice the wall-climb notification above your players head appears after every HR now, regardless of whether it is catchable or not. This is because your game is now pre-patch). Every once in a while, however, it will be catchable and I urge you to be running by the time the ball gets to the wall. Run in zig-zags if you have to, just try to time it right and make the jump. It's all luck really, and it's frustrating as hell, but if you want it, you're gonna' have to work for it. Here is a video for the time I got it, as you will see,I got a different animation:

Ignore A-Rod in a Phillies uniform, I played against New York, saved the replay and when I came back to edit and upload it, he was magically in a Phillies uniform. I have no idea why.
Anyways, I know this is long and in-depth but I know some people want as much info as possible because there is not a whole lot of info online about this achievement and much of it says the same old crap. I can't guarantee success, of course, but it worked for me and a few others. Leave comments or questions, I will respond. Good luck!

Yeah just like any other wall climb, I'm sure you have done that before, right? Just hit X as normal. Admittedly it has been a while so that's about as specific as I can get. Don't give up. Or break your XBOX.

here is how i obtained this achievement.
Play in CLASSIC Mode
I played as AL All star team vs NL all star on LEGENDARY.
play Granderson in LF, Hunter in CF, and Ichiro in RF.
I used the AAA WEST FIELD but u can also use AAA EAST FIELD.
Choose Burhle as your pitcher and just throw 12 6 curve and have lots of pop ups deep or homeruns. I got mine in the 2nd inning and achievement pops immediately.

I haven't won this one yet. To wall climb, you hit X. So, when the announcers say "This one might go!", run up to the wall and hold down X. The achievement should come up **** PS This CAN be done in an online ranked match******
