You're going to need three other people to create a private league. Just have everyone play and win one game apiece then you can abandon the league.

*Note: You cannot get the "Team to Beat" or the achievement for winning 3 games in a row in league play.*

I'm fairly confident that this achievement is now unattainable as every time I try to create or join a league it says 2K Sports Server is not available at this time so unfortunately, you can no longer attain this achievement!
