If for some reason you're having trouble with this achievement, you can do it in one of two ways:
1- Edit the players on the opposing team to the lowest possible baserunning speed, awareness, and acceleration. Then give them max aggressiveness and make their tendency to steal 100. Next, just intentionally walk them, and throw a high fastball until they steal and throw them out.
2- Find a boosting buddy and get them in a ranked match (much easier if you can find them)
