It's obvious that the solution to this achievement is to play as the nationals in a completed ranked match. However, finding how to play a ranked match can be a bit confusing. From the initital screen you see when you get into the areas to use your control stick, pick quick play. Your cursor will be on a spot after this. Go one up and you will be on online play. Use that to search. After you find someone you get to choose what team you want to be.
