How to unlock the Getting It Over With achievement in Maquette - Definitive Guide

You can get this level done in about 30 seconds if you can get this jump down. Right when you start, you are facing the church that you need to get in to complete the level. On the right side of the door there is a wooden structure. Run up against it and try to jump into it and get on the tiny nail that is sticking out and then work your way up over the stone block and get into the church. Cancel the cutscene when you go up to the door and then turn around leave the same way you came in by using the candle to jump out. After that just click on the bell on the miniature version of the church and the level is complete.

It's a hard jump but it is possible. You have 9 minutes to get this one jump down and you're good. If you're taking too long just restart the level.

Here is the WR video of someone completing it. Video should be timestamped to the skip. This still works as of today 07/23/2023.

WAY EASIER METHOD UPDATE: As Tommy Gun CRG pointed out, you can also take the ramp that is given to you at the beginning and use it to jump into the same hole that lets you do the skip, thus saving you from having to do the very hard jump.

Took me a couple of tries, I didn't realize I had to ring the bell at the end 😅 because the video is so fast. 👌

I had to move further back towards the spawn point to make it work after falling off a few times. With more run-up it worked first try.

EASIER METHOD (at least for me): do the first section where you acquire the ”ramp”, then take it back to the dome and make it huge (size it up twice so it’s as tall as the church). Now place it in front of the church, but leave a gap. You can run up the ramp and drop down into the hole shown in the vid. That was easier than making the jump on the nail.

I did the staircase trick and jumped in the church, watched the 15 second cutscene, jumped back out via the candlestick, touched the bell on the miniature church aaaaand nothing happened. My level didn't end let alone unlock an achievement. I jumped around like a mad man for 5 minutes trying to click the bell in the tiny church.
I'll try the process again and update this if anything changes.

Edit: Okay I got it. I scrapped the bridge method and just climbed the beam. Turns out I had to climb up the mini church really closely and click the bell. Achieved!!

In order to get this Achievement, you need to skip all cutscenes by holding down cn_B.

The Timer starts as soon as the level begins, you have to skip all cutscenes because the timer still runs during them.

If you're having trouble with this, there's a skip. Once you get the stairs, you can use them to get into the church early. The level can be done in much less than half the allotted time with this approach.

Make sure you ALWAYS manually save when start a level and utilize all 3 slots. Autosave overwrites itself on the beginning of next level so if you don't pop the speedrun trophy, load your previous manual save. You can hold the circle to skip cutscenes, jumping doesn't increase your speed, some animations are not skippable (for example: door animation). Majority of levels are fairly easy when you learn the best path.

This can be done with 1 minute to spare.

This is probably a runner-up to 'The Gateways' in terms of complex puzzles, but this speedrun is easily the longest. Thankfully, a lot of that time is spent simply traveling through giant houses and if you follow the method in the video below (errors and all), you'll have almost a minute to spare. Your biggest issue here, other than remembering what to do next, is with the placement of the ramp you'll be using throughout the level. You will notice in the video that I struggle in a couple places with putting the ramp where it belongs, so just be patient and be absolutely sure the ramp is in the right place or you'll waste a ton of time running back and forth making corrections.
