It took me longer to try the jump then just do the level on this one. What is tue trick to the jump at 1.55. I just couldn't do it 🤣

Done it today. The only tricky part is at the very start. Just when you're on the edge of the building try to jump on top of the little pillar sticking out of the window so you can be at the same level as the other side. Otherwise the jump is not possible. Look closely at the video.

Many tricky parts to this, the jump, falling down the hole, making sure you jump over on the path after falling down the hole….I restarted a dozen times.

just do the level normally. this skip isn't worth it. it still takes them 3m10s to do it. you're trading a semi-complicated jump/out of bounds sequence for a 1 minute linear walk.

Thanks to the comment from jassick, I didn't even bother looking at the guides or their videos, so after doing the level once normally, I was able to familiarize myself with the secret passages in the maze at the end so that I didn't get too stuck on my second run, and I was able to pop this on my second run of playing normally with no jumps or hacks. It takes about two minutes to pass through the beginning scene through the city streets, then I was able to pass through the final "maze" in another two minutes, for a total of four minutes, well under 4:20.

In order to get this Achievement, you need to skip all cutscenes by holding down cn_B.

The Timer starts as soon as the level begins, you have to skip all cutscenes because the timer still runs during them.

You can play through the level little by little and make manual saves as you progress and reload them if you weren't quick enough in a section.

Make sure you ALWAYS manually save when start a level and utilize all 3 slots. Autosave overwrites itself on the beginning of next level so if you don't pop the speedrun trophy, load your previous manual save. You can hold the circle to skip cutscenes, jumping doesn't increase your speed, some animations are not skippable (for example: door animation). Majority of levels are fairly easy when you learn the best path.

'The Escape' is similar to 'The Gardens', in that the level is basically just traveling from point A to point B with no real puzzles to speak of and a slightly more generous time limit. There is one section that will require you to follow a set of tracks through a crystal but if you follow the video below, you'll have no issue getting through with plenty of time to spare.
