Not a solution, but just a heads up this achievement is currently broken on update 1.0.2.2. Have sent a report to the developers already so hoping for a quick fix.

1/14/2021 Edit: The achievement has finally become obtainable after todays version 1.0.3.2 update!

It was supposed to be fixed in update 1.0.3.0 but for some reason it still didn't pop for me, so I let them know in their discord a few weeks ago and they said they'd go back to troubleshooting. I actually spoke to them about this today just to check in on any updates and they confirmed its still being worked on and will be fixed in a future update, though no date for that yet as the staff has only just gone back to work after their break for the holidays, which is totally understandable. I wouldn't give up hope on this one just yet :)
