In the Olympian level go along like normal until you get to the part where you do the heroic attack to get thru the area. Instead of trying to eliminate all of the dummies at once, leave some during your heroic attack as Cap's only takes out about 3 or 4 per shield throw. The dummies will respawn infinitely until all of them are taken out by heroic attacks. And if you do take them out just respawn the level and come to this same point and rinse and repeat with the other Heroes.

Very easy achievement and it reaps a big GS reward. What I did was use Cap as my secondary character in free play while I was hunting stone fragments. Cap's heroic attack is a more or less heat seeking shield throw so wait for enemies to bunch up and let her rip! All you have to do is defeat 50 enemies with this attack, and the achievement is yours!

Captain America has just one Heroic Feat that needs to be completed:

Living Legend
Defeat 50 enemies with Captain America’s Heroic Attack

Easy, just get the meter filled and use your Heroic attack on 50 enemies.
The best place to farm this is Episode/Chapter 4, right at the start you have to protect 3 power cores. There are massive amounts of enemies spawning there so you'll have plenty of time to do around 30-40 Heroic Attack kills. They all group up around the power cores which makes them really easy to hit too.
