This can be found in the Free Play mode towards the bottom of the levels. This cannot be done in any of the challenge missions.
You will be Thanos. The best level to do this on is the 1st wave. Keep jumping and pressing Y to hit the enemies before they hit the platform. Avoid any attacks/damage. If you get hit, the achievement will not unlock. Restart mission if so. Really easy to do!

For this trophy, you are required to survive one wave without taking any damage. I found it is easier to complete this against the Heroes as you are only fighting 1 or 2 at a time. Use the jump attack and your block button wisely. When you fight certain Heroes, you knock them down with a 3 hit combo. Just keep running around them and doing that and you should get the trophy with ease.
