Achievement unlocked very easily on Wolverine and Iron Man vs Grandmaster level. Several Skrull jump out with some sort of energy shields. Hit them with a held X-button attack and achievement should unlock.

To get this trophy, keep attacking an enemy that blocks your attacks, and once you have hit the enemy a few times you will break through the defenses and unlock the trophy.
