In the 2nd Episode where you are fighting the dummies, the wave that has all the spinning dummies just press R1 as Thor when they are all near the middle for this achievement.

Just a minor correction: it's the second episode, not the first where you get that mentioned scenario.

To use a Heroic attack, you will first need to have the special attack available (You will see two circles underneath your name at the top left of the screen. If one of these are yellow then you can use a Heroic Attack). To use a Heroic attack press 
. Defeat Six enemies at the same time using one heroic attack to unlock the trophy.
