On the Reality Stone level with Spiderman and Reptil, after the first battle with Abomination, you will go to the roof of a building. On that roof, battle dozens of Doombots. They will be attacking 3 cooling vents in the center of the roof. Using Spider-man's websling ability to pull the bots to you is a very simple strategy to manage the waves of bots.

I found this one rather difficult. I tried it in Free Play with Thor as its hammer is better than Spidermans web. Also use Thor's heroic power to kill all the bots when they are attacking different vents.

Before the boss fight of Episode Seven “City of Doom”, you will have to defend three vents/power nodes from being attacked by Doom Bots. Just make sure that no vent is destroyed during this sequence and the trophy will unlock.
If you do lose a vent, you can pause the game and then restart the checkpoint, to try this again. This can also be attempted during Free Play mode, which is a little easier, because you can choose which character you are more comfortable with.
