Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet

Squad Initiate (Complete the game on Easy) and Squad Member (Complete the game on Normal) achievements are stackable with the Squad Hero (Complete the game on Hard difficulty).

I just beat the game, first run-through, on Squad Hero difficulty, and there's NO reason why anyone should be playing this game on Easy/Normal. Do it on hard, take the 10 extra deaths you might encounter, and get all three achievements for the price of one!
