Just thought I'd add a bit more to this solution instead of creating a new one, but to increase your chances without boosting with another friend, have both spiderman and taskmaster on your team, that way if any random opponent has either in their team, the achievement will unlock... This should speed up the process. Otherwise, easily boostable in a player match with a friend, as I believe this does not need to be done in a ranked match only.

This achievement is unlocked by having Spider-man vs Taskmaster in any Xbox LIVE match. So whomever you pick your opponent need to pick the other. So either from lucky picks or arranged boosting sessions will pop you this achievement for 20G!

To receive this trophy, you must have Spider-Man on one team and Taskmaster on the other. Winning is not necessary.
