How to unlock the Head Hunter achievement in Mass Effect 2 - Definitive Guide

In the beginning of the game when u wake up in the station. U will meet a black dude (Miranda's Lt.) on the space station. He will ask u to tell him when u want him to use his special ability on the robots that are coming throw the door. Don't use his powers (RB I believe it was) instead stay in cover and head shoot every on coming robot in the head. And if u run out of ammo there should be some to the right of you on the floor. Aim precisely and the achievement is yours. Once u get the achievement than u can use his powers to stop them coming from thru the door.

I really didn't think that people needed a guide for this achievement but I have to say if some one was to dumb to figure this out this was a good guide

You can actually get this trophy through natural progression of the game, as odds are you will get at least 30 headshots, even if you are not that good.

If you wish to get this earlier though, in the beginning of the game you will meet Jacob. This is basically a tutorial on manually using biotic/tech powers. The game wants you to press R2 and bring up the power wheel. Don't do this, and instead keep headshotting the mechs as they continually come out of the door.

There should be spare ammo in the area if you run out. Once you get the trophy, use Jacob's Pull, and you can move on. Remember, these must on humanoid targets, which means they must resemble a human's physique.

If you leave negative feedback, please explain why so I may correct. Thanks.

When you’re in cover, use to zoom in and move the targeting reticule over the enemy’s head. Push to fire. Repeat 29 more times.

There is a little glitch that you can take advantage of. At the beginning of the game when you first meet Jacob, he will explain that he is a biotic. The LOKI mechs will keep spawning until you have Jacob use one of his powers. Don’t and continue to headshot the mechs. This isn’t Call of Duty, so there’s no lock-on targeting. You’ll have to aim yourself.

Humanoid doesn’t necessarily mean that they have to be humans. As long as the enemies resemble humans (a head, two arms, and two legs), then this trophy will unlock.

You can do this at the very start of the game when you first meet Jacob. He will explain that he is a biotic and can use his pull ability on enemies. The robots will keep coming through the door until you request his ability so you can keep pulling off headshots until the achievement unlocks or you run out of ammo.

If you miss this infinite loop use the sniper rifle or heavy pistol and pick off enemies from a distance. This is easiest to do on LOKI mechs, as they have low health and lack sufficient protection.

A very simple trophy: from the beginning of the game, as soon as we were given a gun, we meet a black man (I don’t remember his name), there are bots constantly running out of the door, there should be enough cartridges, hold down aim at the head and shoot (IMPORTANT!!! Don’t use this NEGRO’s skill, otherwise they will stop respawning)

Just try to aim more carefully at the head.
