This is a story related achievement, which will unlock with natural progression through the game.

The Normandy is under attack and is basically crippled. After ordering your crew to get to the escape pods, make your way through the ship to the cockpit and get Joker off the ship. Once you get there, cutscenes ensue.

You can get the trophy at the very beginning of the game. After Miranda wakes you up, get used to it and fight your way through the attacking robots. Gradually, 2 biotics will join you: Jacob and Wilson. These two need to be carried through without loss until the moment of meeting Miranda. After talking with Miranda, the trophy popped out to me

I received the trophy immediately after viewing the comic.

Judging by the reviews of many players, the trophy is obtained differently in the disc and digital editions of the game:
1. The trophy is obtained after you reach Miranda with Jacob and Wilson (Disc version of the game);
2. The trophy is obtained after viewing the comic (Digital version of the game).

As the game progresses, you will receive this trophy. Towards the end of the game, the Collectors attack the Normandy and take with them its entire crew, except for your crew members and the Joker. When you complete the last mission, you will find your entire team on their ship. Rescue them and send them back to Normandy with one of the characters as an escort so that they get there safe and sound and the trophy is yours.
