This achievement should come normally throughout story progression, To get this achievement it requires you to recruit Jack into your party. You can acquire Jack into your squad by completing her recruitment mission "Dossier: The Convict".

This is a story related achievement, which will unlock with natural progression through the game.

This will be one of the first four dossiers that the Illusive Man gives you. Jack is being held prisoner on the turian prison ship, Purgatory.

Upon arriving, you’ll be directed to where Jack is. When you get there, you’ll be betrayed by the warden and have to fight through, first to Jack and then out of the station. After freeing Jack, you’ll fight waves of escaped prisoners, guards, and mechs. At the end of the fight, you’ll have to take down three shield generators in order to get to the warden. After he’s killed, the mission is over.
