To get this easily set up the following match:
Exhibition
Domination
The Peanut (this track is very small, so easier to push of the edges)
Monster Truck (the highest level one you have)
Number of Opponents: 11 (the maximum)
Opponent Difficulty: Normal
Opponent Vehicle Type: Monster Truck (they are very slow)
The rest of the settings don't matter.
When the match starts, instead of going straight ahead and knocking off the truck in front of you, go right (or left) and stun a truck. Back up and quickly stun a second truck. Now just line them up and push one of the stunned trucks off the edge with the other stunned truck.
May take a few tries, but I got it on my second try. Pretty easy with this set-up.

You can easily get this achievement in any of the Domination matches by simply stunning two cars and using one to push the other off the edge.
Much easier than attempting to push a moving car off the edge!

Easily done if you go to Exhibition, Domination event. Select 11 opponents then try to stun 3 or 4 cars. Push one vehicle near the edge, then push another near where the previous car is and make the car you're pushing push the other car down.
NOTE: Cannot be done in Challenge events (Challenge events are in Career, each chapter will have a Challenge as the last event).
