Getting a perfect score just entails getting all the stars from this issue. For Elimination and Banger Races you will need to place 1st, and Demolition and Domination require you to be the last car standing. Challenges are as simple as meeting the requirements listed.

Something important about this game that should be said before anyone starts playing-- don't install the game onto your hard drive. For whatever reason when I did this the achievements would not unlock. NONE of them. It's a weird systematic glitch. Just play the game off the disc.
