To discover the fifth group, you need to collect a hundred atoms. You can collect four atoms per stage; completing the stage, finishing under par time, finishing with 100% mercury, and finishing with 100% bonuses.
These do not need to be collected in a single run; I've so far found it easier to do 100% mercury and bonuses in a slow and careful run together, then do under par time quick without caring how much I lose.
If you go in order and get all atoms in every stage, you should unlock this on Molybdenum.

i voted positive already but I just wanted to point out that you wrote, "to discover the third group", whereas this achievement is for the fifth group. Someone may vote u down for it.
