For the trophy you need to find 7 boxes (2 for Snake, 5 for Raiden). The first box is in the tanker warehouse (Deck-D, Crew Quarters). The second box can be found after the battle with Olga, go to the right side of the roof of the wheelhouse (Navigational Deck, Wing). The third box is in Strut A (pumping station), the key to the door is given by Stillman. There you need to crawl under the pipes on the left side of this structure. The fourth box is in Strut F (warehouse), in the console room on the first floor. Fifth box Strut E (conveyor), not far from the console, on the conveyor. The sixth box Strut E (helipad), as we climbed the stairs - on the left. The last box is in the Shell 1 Core control room, you will get there through the story, there we take the microphone. There is also an eighth box, located in Arsenal Gear, in the large hall on the second floor, where we need to sneak through the security naked; it is not needed for the trophy.

As Raiden, boxes are also a quick way to move between Big Shell buildings. To do this, you need to equip the desired box and sit on the conveyor in Strut E - you will be moved to the desired Strut (depending on the type of box).
