This trophy is glitchy and is related to the resolution set on PS3. If you have the PS3 screen set to output 1080p resolution, then the trophy will not drop, and the same applies to the Snake Eyes trophy. To fix this resolution glitch, you need to uncheck all the available checkboxes and set only 720p , and the trophy will immediately appear. After 10 attempts at 1080p, nothing worked for me until I set the resolution to 720p.

How to set the resolution:
Settings -> Screen settings -> Video output settings -> HDMI -> Special -> 720p (Check this only, uncheck 1080i and 1080p)
Save the settings.
