select acheron on lamb difficulty and make sure the accessibility options for always hitting the note is turned on (scroll all the way down in the accessibility option menu)

Equip the hounds and just spam at the enemies from a slight distance, when you cleared the first few you will enter the first real fight, just stick to the same strategy by keeping your distance and you should use your hounds special ability too. theres enough enemies in this section to easily get this done
