This is easiest done on the very first Torment in Voke, which is Killing With Rhythm. You have to kill 40 Demons on beat, with a 10 second timer, but you gain 4 seconds per kill. The plus side is that on beat attacks deal increased damage.
As it's the first challenge, it's really not all too hard. Marionettes die in 2 on beat Paz shots, and Cambion die in 4-5 on beat Paz shots. Around the 28 kill mark, a Behemoth will spawn. Switch to Persephone, and you can kill it with 2 on beat shots. After that, it's back to Marionettes and Cambion, but they're a bit more spread out, so be mindful of your time.
