METAL SLUG 3

Hyakutaro Ichimonji is a special POW that shoots fireballs from his hand and can be found in the start of Mission 4 on a sandbag that can be shot over plenty until he's revealed, and also in Mission 5, in where you reach the "Mars People" spaceship once either your rocket or Astro-Slug crash lands onto it. Shoot the first "Pillar" (from where the crash area was) for a regular pow, then shoot the one next to it for another regular POW and then himself.

Though its easier getting him from Mission 4 instead.
