How to unlock the Invisible man achievement in Metro Redux - Definitive Guide
I recommend watching the video to see the best path through the level, which makes it super easy.
Note: This achievement requires you to not KILL anyone, but "knock out" is fine. Also, you might have to do this achievement in one go from the very beginning to the very end of the level as I had trouble getting it to unlock when I used the "Load Last Checkpoint" or whenever I died.

*Posting for Maka91, because he is only playing the digital version.
I decided to let my son have a go on his profile, I watched him do it perfectly and gain no achievement.
Has anyone else had similar problems,
Any ideas, tips.
I tried over different days to allow for achievements sometimes popping hours later.
I've created a full Enlightened playthrough video, and during the Frontline mission I point out collectibles and Moral Points as well as showing the path I prefer to take when going for Invisible Man while still gaining said collectibles and Moral Points.
You can see the full mission with all items of interest and collectibles at the 1:01:42 mark in the video.
It can happen that enemies shoot each other when you get seen, so try to avoid it altogether and move silently. Also if you trigger the traps on the radioactive ground, the achievement won't pop.
At the start, make your way down the pipes into the radioactive lower level and disable ALL 4 TRAPS (1:27). You will come across a guard that's holding some red's in a CELL (2:31). Knock him out to make sure that he doesn't kill them. This is necessary for the Achievement/Trophy. Back at the TOP LEVEL (3:05), turn right, walk past the guard and sprint through the small way on the right side. Keep sprinting and hide in a corner on the left until the car has past you. Take your time at the last part and stay in the shadows to get to the final two doors.

The key is to play it on Survival, NOT Spartan (although you can do it on Spartan, I found it impossible for some reason). I have a feeling that everyone having problems with this were playing it on Spartan. I've run this mission several times on different copies, and run it the same way, which is Patsreds running method posted on the 360 Metro 2033 page.
I wish I had a video to show how I just did it. I tried doing it over and over again with the videos on my Spartan play, but it never worked.
Here's how it goes. Make sure you have 5 medpacks when you start the mission. The first part, you're going to need to know the level so that you can get through the first part without taking too much damage.
First, start running toward the train, then down the left stairs, across to the middle of the bridge (they've seen you by now), turn left across the center between the two tunnels, and then run right toward where the prisoner is being executed. Run to the left around the execution to the light hanging on the rail, and jump across onto the pipe. Quick run left (you may have to use a medpack here), turn right at the end onto the first platform, then again onto the second platform.
You can probably catch a breather here. They'll still fire at you. Keep in mind that except for right here, I don't stop running until I get into the Nazi camp.
Move across to the right back toward the center of the tunnel, and turn left at the center. You'll see a tape arrow pointing the way. You're going to need to jump across to the next pipe, then turn right and go up the small pipe to the walkway. Turn left, go all the way to the body with the pneumatic weapon and a fresh mask. Make sure you take it if you need to.
Drop right onto the walkway, move around, down the pipe and onto the floor. From where you are, move left and all the way to the far wall. Hug the wall and move toward the left. I'm fairly sure that you'll skip wire #1 as you go through here because I never see it.
When you start needing to wind through the debris, watch out for the trip wires. The first will be as you're going through the debris, as you cross from the right side of the tunnel to the left. A little bit further, along the left wall, is the second wire. A bit further as you move back to the right is the third wire. You can see these in the videos. Keep in mind that I skipped the first one that they show.
Run up into the tunnel, up the first ladder. You can take your mask off here. Through the grate, up the second ladder, and into the room with the Nazi and the prisoners. Knock him out if you want the Rescue Ranger achievement, and head left. Before the door, there's a switch box to turn the lights out, which I did. Go through the door, carefully up the dark stairs. The chase music was still running for me.
They're still looking for you. Go straight through the door into the trench on the other side. (There's another tape arrow.) Follow the trench to the right. Pop up and blow out the lamp. The car will run by. I would suggest waiting for it to go right, and then run to the left to an alcove. The car WILL see you, but wait until it does. It'll come back to look at you and move past, take the chance to START RUNNING.
From here, you're going to need to rely on your medpacks. Again, I never stopped running. Run past the sandbags with the guards, and keep going. There are two guards down the last tunnel. One is more armored, but JUST KEEP RUNNING. You'll probably use a medpack or two, but don't stop. Go through the first door. Two guys in here, get to the second door. (Remember that if you get to the door, the animation will keep you from dying, so just run to it.) One last straight passage with no one there, hit the third door and spam X to open it, and it'll pop as soon as you open it and the ending plays.
Yes, this works. Again, I don't have a video to show it, but it does work. Just make sure you're on Survival 2033, NOT Spartan 2033. That made all of the difference to me.
The complete opposite of Hedge-Hopper, this time you must complete the entire level without killing a single enemy. Try to avoid confrontation at all costs, knocking out enemies is completely fine just do not kill anyone. Take your time, blow out all lights in your way, only knocking out enemies necessary to complete the level or get moral points if you are doing this on your good playthrough, note you can reload checkpoint if you are detected at any time. You can also pair this trophy with Rescue Ranger if you want, check the description for more details. Alternatively, PowerPyx has made a video on how to get this trophy:
