How to unlock the Who goes there? achievement in Metro Redux - Definitive Guide

You can get this achievement at the very start of the game!

Hold LB and press X to equip your gas mask. When it's on, tap LB to wipe it with your hand. Do this 20 times and the achievement is yours.

This achievement can be obtained very early on in the game and is very simple, to acquire this simple 10G achievement all you'll need to do is hold Left Bumper to bring up your hud and hit X to put on your gas mask. As soon as you have your gas mask on just hit the left bumper x20 times and you'll get the achievement.

You could add that this is for Metro 2033, not Last Light.

A very easy achievement. You will get this as you play the game, but if you want to get it out of the way at the very beginning you can. Whenever you are wearing a gas mask you can press cn_LB to wipe anything off your visor. Just press cn_LB to wipe the mask 20 times and it will unlock. You first have a gas mask on in the prologue so you can do it there.

It took me a while to figure out exactly how to wipe the gas mask so I'll leave this here for you guys. You won't really need to use the gas mask for story purposes until the chapter 'Dead City' but I assume you could get this during any point in the game. Just press L1 to wipe 20 times and the trophy is yours.

This is very simple and easy. When you are wearing your gas mask, press (or depending on your control scheme) and Artyom will wipe his mask. Do this 20 times for the trophy.

This achievement is incredibly simple and will be obtained fairly early on within the game. The mask will usually be worn off the face unless you equip by holding and then tapping the button. Now the gas mask equipped, simply tap and Artyom will wipe the mask, even if it’s not dirty. You will find yourself naturally wiping blood, dust, dirt and other variables off your mask so this achievement will unlock in no time.
