Just to note for if two people are going for this at the same time rather than one person with a dummy controller: only the person who pulled the trigger for the laser gets credit for the kill toward the achievement. Though both people don't actually have to have the laser equipped, so when one person gets the achievement, he can switch aux to something different, and the other person can still hang around them and use the laser between them to finish up.
