An easy achievement. This will point a short ways into the the first level after your microbot lever the syringe and enters the body to fight the infection.

Good simple guide, but it's worth noting that this achievement sometimes fails to unlock for some people who upgrade to the full version after the first level and keep playing. If this happens to you, you'll need to quit the game and then replay the first level. Continuing should suffice.
