Midnight Club: Los Angeles

I would reccommend that you do this on the 'Welcome to Hollywood' race because you will easily unlock it at the start of the game. Coming first is easy (if you cant do that then you might have trouble with the rest of the game XD), to get below 25% damage you just need to avoid traffic because there arent many hard corners on this track. Finally, to get the time you will need a very fast vehicle with good turning (i find bikes are best) and at least 2 nitrous. Use nitrous on the straights and at the start try to get a boost by tailgating your opponents as then you can save your nitrous. Keep at it and eventually you will do it. Now you've only got to do it for all the other races!

Before doing any Goal Attack, you may have to be aware of a glitch with the mode that if one of the DLC Goal Attacks were won before all regular game ones are won, your save could get glitched out that will permanently stop registering the objectives as completed. So start with one of the main game's Goal Attacks first and do those before any South Central Goal Attack.

To enter Goal Attack, do the said procedure below:
1. Press
2. Press
3. Scroll down to the second option, Goal Attack
4. Press

In order to master a Goal Attack, you must do all of the three objectives below in the same race.
-Finish in 1st place
-Finish the race under the specified time limit
-Finish the race with less than 25% damage on your vehicle (A yellow bar indicates how much damage you can take before exceeding the limit)

Once you fulfill all of the three goals above in one run of any Goal Attack race, the achievement will unlock.

It is recommended to start on Welcome to Hollywood or any other short race to get this achievement easily. You will need a very fast vehicle with good handling, such as any of the Lamborghinis to stand a chance at Goal Attacks.
