On the island with the lighthouse, the one immediately after the island with your sister and chickens, you'll take a key from a drunk sleeping man at a bar. Once you have used it and climbed the lighthouse to activate the purifier, make sure you head back to the bar and put the key back in his pocket before you leave the island. The achievement will unlock once you leave the island on your boat.
