Start a play now game and use a home team at Fenway Park. Playing against a Double-A team makes it way easier. Make it a two inning game. Set all difficulties to beginner. Make your 3 quick outs on defense first. Then get some runs at the bottom of the first. This coming up part is absolutely key. Warm up your closing pitcher at the start of the top of the 2nd inning. Get 2 outs with your starting pitcher and then bring in your closer for the last out. Once you get the last out and watch the celebration it should pop up.

This is best done in Diamond Dynasty Extra Innings mode, reason being it happens 80% of the time in DD vs. 12 attempts at the other method in Fenway with no joy. First game in Fenway in DD I got a never seen ending. Confirmed stadiums are:

Start a play now game and use the Red Sox as a home team. Play against a Double-A team to make it easier. When starting, make the game a 2 inning game. Win the game.

It could take multiple attempts since the celebrations are random, but should pop up when you get the last out. If not, just restart until you get it.
