The 2 game modes where there are objective carriers are Extraction and Boom and Bust. The 3 maps that these modes can be played on are Sandstorm, The Hideouts, and Factory.

You can tell who the objective carrier is by the arrow above them. Normally it's red for the enemy but when it's the objective carrier it will be yellow. The best weapons to get headshots with are snipers. The scope on the sniper allows you to get easy headshots. The 2 sniper rifles in the game are Scout Tactical and Dradonitch. The Scout Tactical costs $4200 and the Dradonitch costs $6000. The best map for this trophy is Sandstorm and the best game mode is Boom and Bust. This trophy is a lot easier if you do it in a offline match. Use these settings to get the most headshots.
