In the Modspot, drive over to the Creation Station and Enter Station using
. Create a new track using the Big City theme. Hold down 
to automatically complete the track or manually design the track to your liking if you prefer to do so. Once the track is laid, it will ask you if you want to auto populate the track (this makes no difference). Simply quit, save and publish the track then the trophy will pop.
