To get this trophy you need to defeat all 15 elite racers in a duel. An elite racer is different from the rest in that his name is always written above his head. In order for an elite racer to challenge you to a duel, you need to knock him out in any way during the race. Duels are much easier than challenges, you can find detailed information on duels in the guide .

Not entirely true. In order to challenge an elite racer to a duel, you need to pass all three tests on the track. It is not necessary to knock him out (unless this is one of the tests, of course)
