Difficulty: 1/5
Time Needed: 1/5
This is not too difficult of an achievement. First off the most expensive property is the Boardwalk property which grouped in the blue. An easy way to get this achievement is by having someone help you online and by having a bull market game and just doing auctions and having your helper letting you win every auction you will eventually acquire the property. Then you will get your achievement. You could also get it by playing the game regularly against the CPUs or with multiple controllers. If another player/controller winds up with the property trade for it.

being the one to land on this property and being able to buy it is a random event.
How do you figure the difficulty for a random event to be 1/5?

The most expensive property in the game is Boardwalk, so you just have to obtain that property by either buying it or trading for it. Easiest way to get this is to set up a 2-player game which all the properties are given out at the beginning of the game. If you did not get Boardwalk as one of the properties, than have the second player trade it to you. Once you have Boardwalk in your possession, the trophy will pop!
Note: The name might be different for those without the US version. This is the last property on the board.

You can get to it in three ways: using a regular move, using a card about. Treasury or Chance, and using the third die.
