this is not hard use multiple controllers for easist method, pick bull market mode buy all the properties at the auction and once players 2 and 3 have had their turn it will pop.

Not a very hard achievement you can either use multiple controllers or find somebody to help you online. Either way you choose to get the achievement the quickest way is by playing the Bull Market mode and winning every auction. Once you have obtained all the properties and the other player(s) have had their turn(s) the achievement will pop.

Start a 2-player game and have the game set to custom rules so that all the properties are auctioned off at the start of the game & have your player buy all the properties for $1. Start the game and aim to have other player land on one of one of your properties before you make your second turn (if they don't, then have them declare bankruptcy and start the game over). Once they do, the trophy will pop!
