In order to get this achievement you must first get the "Get out of jail free card" and there is only one in the Chance deck and one in the community chest deck. Once you have acquired this card (dont forget players can trade these cards as well) get sent to jail and then pay the $50 to get out and save your get out of jail free card. The achievement will then unlock.

You first need to get a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card from either the Chance or Community Chest spots. Once you do, try to get thrown in jail (either by rolling doubles 3 times in a row, landing on the Go To Jail spot on the board, or getting a Go To Jail card from Community Chest or Chance). After you are there, select to pay the fine to get out instead of using the card and the trophy will pop right after!
