I set up a custom speed die game for mine with speed die turned on for the start, also turned off all tax so you dont have to pay anything and made get out of jail free to, also you want to start off with all properties delt out
once you start the game you want to mortgage everything so you can keep going round and round the board without accidently running out of money.
One thing that i found really annoying was my custom controller rolled a triple and the achievement didnt unlock for me . so if your trying with 3 custom controllers dont bother coz the achievement wont unlock if a custom one rolls a triple.
The achievement is random and you will need to roll either a triple 1, 2 or a 3. It took me just under 1 hour to get.

Hi just a quick tip when playing the speed die, let the computer roll for you, don't press a to stop the dice, was trying for about 2 or 3 hours to get this, & got a bit bored so just left it for the computer to do & it did it within 2 or 3 tries, hope this helps people

MCFC Blue Nose, I saw you posted the exact thing on x360a but I want everyone else to see that this is not a confirmed strategy. I've let the computer roll about 50+ times now and it hasn't gotten me any closer to getting a triple. It's just all luck.

In order to be able to roll triples, you must turn on the speed die in the custom rules options menu before you start the game. After that, just roll triples (can only be 1's, 2's or 3's as those are the only "numbers' on the speed dice) in the game and the trophy will pop after!
