How to unlock the Tax Audit Nightmare! achievement in Monopoly Streets - Definitive Guide
The simplest way to get this achievement is to play a game with custom rules and make sure that you have set income tax to be $500 and luxury tax to its maximum of $250. While there is obviously some chance involved with getting this achievement, it will be a lot easier with these huge charges.
I would also encourage the custom rules to include higher starting cash, $500 for landing on free parking, $500 for passing go and $1000 if you land on GO. All of these modifiers will help ensure that you havent gone bankrupt before you have paid $1200 in taxes.

Also if you happen to land on the income taxes when you are worh more then 12000 then you automatically have to play it all in one go.

Actually now that I think about it it may have been an option in the custom setting that made it that way.

The above solution is a good place to start but here are some other tips:
- Use 2 controllers
- In the custom settings there is an option to change it so one of the taxes takes a percentage of total wealth. Turn this on.
- Set it to randomly deal out all other properties
- At the start of the game trade all properties to player 2 in exchange for most of their cash. (I did this at the same time as going for the utlitity bill achievement so you may want to).
- Everytime player 2 gets 1k+ (lands on go with custom payouts etc) trade to player 1 a property for cheap and then trade it back for the 1k.
- Having a high total money means you have to land on the Income tax less.
Enjoy =)

As the description states, you must pay $1200 worth of taxes in one game. You pay taxes when you land on either the Luxury Tax or Income Tax spots on the board. A way to speed up the process is to play a custom rules game so that you pay more when you hit those, making the grind to $1200 a little quicker. In the custom rules menu, set Income Tax to $500, turn Income Tax 10% Rule to ON, and put Luxury Tax at $250. Once you pay $1200 or more in taxes in one game, the trophy will pop!
