Very easy I got this just by playing a regular game by myself. Sometimes the CPU can be difficult to convince though. All you need to do is after rolling the dice select trade and then make a good enough trade that the other player will accept and the achievement should pop up.

Simply complete a trade at the end of any turn. Easy to achieve if you offer enough money for the properties that you require.

OnceFallen
Start a 2-player game and set the rules so that all the properties are given out at the beginning of the game. After your first turn, select "Trade" from the End Turn menu and trade player 2 enough properties to give you a monopoly and have both sides accept. After the trade is complete and you get a monopoly from that trade, the trophy will pop!
