From the Career map select 'Digger's Dungeon' and press 
to switch to custom truck selection.
Press
on a truck to customise it in the Workshop.
Select 'Accessories' and add one to any of the areas (Front, Side, Rear and Top) press
to save and the achievement unlocks.

I made a good guide for this one with 5 other achievements and co voiced it with CGC TEX XR. Recorded with Black Magic Intensity and Sony Vegas 10.
Blessorship
To equip an accessory you first have to earn one. I suggest doing this trophy after getting your "Sweep" and "Biggest Fan" trophies. Once you have both of these go to Diggers Dungeon and press 
to create your own custom monster truck. You only have to equip one accessory to unlock this trophy. So go ahead and put a bumper on the front of your custom monster truck and watch the trophy pop.
