You need to be level 4 before you have at least 5 custom trucks unlocked.
From the Career map select 'Digger's Dungeon' and press
to switch to custom truck selection.
Press
on a truck to customise it in the Workshop.
Any of the customisation options count, they are are:
Colour (Body, Shocks, Rims and Chassis)
Accessories (Front, Side, Rear and Top)
Vinyls & Decals (Front, Side, Rear and Top)
All you need to do is change or add at least one thing on the truck and press
to save, do 5 trucks and the achievement pops.

Go the garage, then press RB to bring up custom trucks.
Stick a decal on a truck, then work your way through 5 different ones just adding a decal and the achievement will pop once that is done.

Blessorship
This is a very simple trophy. Go to Diggers Dungeon and press 
to get to the custom monster trucks menu. Just go through and change the paint color on 5 of them to unlock the trophy. Note: you will have to get gold medals on all of Minneapolis and part of Houston before you have unlocked custom monster trucks to customize.
