This can be achieved on Easy, Medium or Hard with easy being the simplest.
There are 8 time crunches in the game, time crunch is very similar to circuit races only you race 1 lap in the fastest time whilst picking up the extra time bonuses (Monster Jam logos) scattered in your path to keep your timer up, fastest time earns gold with your opponents finishing times displayed top right.
The first time crunch event is unlocked at level 3

Time crunch involves going around the course and driving through shiny diamonds that give you 2 seconds extra time for each one you hit. You have a certain amount of time to collect all of the diamonds before your opponents to obtain gold. Note that you can use respawn vehicle (
) instead of backing up if you miss a "gate". Respawning does not give you a time penalty and is a quick way to reset your truck so you can aim for the next "gate".
