For this achievement all you need to do is lose 2 wheels from your truck in any event, but this will be simpler in a freestyle of a stunt challenge.
Start up a freestyle, i personally used Minneapolis.
I used the corner alcoves and drove at them so both front wheels hit either side, keep boosting into the wall until both wheels fall off, do not hit respawn or your wheel will come back if one falls off first.

Blessorship
You are close to getting this when your tires are wobbling after getting in a few wrecks. It is easier to have both of your front tires wobbling at the same time then you can just go full speed into a wall. The trophy will unlock a few seconds after both tires fall off.
