This achievement requires that you find a special artifact which can only be found by hitting a specific random Concealed Cavern event and then making some specific choices. You are looking for "the remains of Armageddon" which lets you choose between a sword, shield, or skull. Pick any of the 3 but DO NOT play them as they purge themselves. After a few levels you will get stopped right before the boss and given the flower artifact which changes the spell you chose to consume rather than purge.
Relying on a random event isn't why you came here, so we'll be using a seeded run to make this easier!
From the main menu, select:
- Challenges
- Community Challenges - Play
- In the Join Challenge section type in one of the below depending on if you own the Divinity DLC, as having it changes the seeds:
NON-DLC SEED: Use InvolvedSmartQueries - Credit to HeyMrBassman for noticing this seed gives the proper events and provind this info: Armageddon occurs on ring 3 and you’re rewarded by ring 5.
LAST DIVINITY DLC SEED: Use SevenFallingBetween - Credit to Eurydace for finding this one.

Welp, I’ve tried AnywayProvideAspect three times now. Everything matches up like SolidToph describes, but the cavern has the fissure event where you copy a card. I don’t own the DLC. If I find a seed with the Armageddon event, I’ll post it here.
EDIT: I knew I’d seen this somewhere before. The seed is InvolvedSmartQueries, as found by MagicRealism in a comment under the solution for “How to Deckbuilder” by Jorax. Armageddon occurs on ring 3 and you’re rewarded by ring 5. See

One of the caverns events is Armageddon Battlefield, which gives you a choice between a shield, sword, or skull. All three have purge effects. Take one and hold on to it without playing it. Eventually an event will trigger that gives you the Hope for Peace (flower) artifact that turns purge cards into consume cards. The achievement will unlock after taking the artifact.
