Missable

After you have completed Ice Pyramid II, head back to the Sphynx. The Spirit will ask you questions as part of a quiz, make sure you answer incorrectly. Then head down to the spring (bottom left) to wash your face.

The trophy should pop after the standard wait, however some have reported issues with this and it hasn't popped until they've started a new game.
