In order to complete the Krypt you need about 294,000 koins and unlock 299 treasures but there are 303. If you complete story and challenge ladder you can obtain about 300,000 coins. Also, there are four hidden treasures in the krypt as hinted above. They are...

"In the Deadlands, go to DL52. Between that headstone and the building to the right, you'll see some green bugs moving around on the ground. Back up a little bit. Go to your map, press B. SE1 should pop up. Lightning will hit the ground then claim SE1.

For the one in Hollow of Infestation. Go all the way to the left corner of the map. Then, go to the 6th face on the wall. Press Y to go to the map, then B. SE2 should pop up, the mouth will open and claim your treasure.

For the one in Bloodmarsh. Go all the way to the right corner of the map. Then go to the 5th spot (which would be the 4th face on the wall) Go to your map, press B and SE3 should pop up. The mouth should open, and there's SE3.

For the one in Meadow of Dispair. Go to the stairs of Nekropolis. Staying as far up as the game will let you, go right until you see a group of 4 rocks. About the middle of the stairs and the rocks, again go to your map. Press B and SE4 should pop up. Lightning will hit the ground and then claim your treasure."

If you obtain these treasures, you'll nab yourself 20,000 koins in total and you do not need to buy four treasures as the hidden treasures are counted toward the achievement.

Just to add up a little bit.
it can get quite cumbersome to find the krypts you havent unlocked, specially in the blood marsh, since they are pretty much all red.
what i found out is that if you press Y (to go to the map screen) and then A (select the place in the map that you were on again), it will take you straight into the first of the coffins, graves, or bodies that you havent unlocked.
basically I did Y, mash A until the reward popped, repeat, until i spent all my Koins

This achievement will take a while but should be achieved in a matter of days. okay so first your gona wanna beat story mode, and play arcade ladder with each fighter. by this time you should have a descent amount of money. however i suggest using that money on the missions you can't beat in the challenge tower first. i beat about 120-160 missions on my own and skipped the other ones that i couldnt beat myself, im not that great at the game. anyway you would probably run out of money by time you beat the last tower mission. okay here is my money making strategy.

okay well i used the first two characters i mastered stryker and lui kang. so once the match begins go as far left as you can, then spam ranged attacks. stryker's pistol <- -> X or lui Kang's low fireball <- -> A. you can you any character with ranged attacks like sindel, sonya, jax, reptile. i think most characters have some sort of ranged attacks

you will only play the first two matches, normaly it would be hard for me to get perfect in the 3rd match but if you can do it go for it! okay once you beat the character's babality at the finish him screen. babality is normaly easier to pull off plus it'll net you 500 points instead of 250 for a regular fatality. Using this Stratagie it is possible to get up to 7,000 koins in under 5 mins.

however this method doesnt always work perfect, they might get a luck hit or hit you with their ranged attack. so on average i got from 4,000-7,000 koins in under 5 minutes!

you'll need almost 300,000 koins to unlock all of the crypt.

doing this stratagy i master styker and lui kang's fatalities/wins. and i just boosted the time for mastery.

don't forget the 4 hidden treasure chest that'll get you 20,000 koins. it''s a descent chunk out of the 50,000 needed to skip the last tower mission or the money needed for the crypt.

The above guides are helpful to gain Koins, but there is another method to earning Koins. This can be done on Mission 37 of the Challenge Tower, but if you beat this before then you can not abuse the glitch. The mission is where you beat Kano up as Kabal to earn the Koins, then either before or after the initial timer on Kano, you can pause and choose reset, this will restart the mission, but it does not in anyway affect the Koins that you have earned from the first round of attacks you did as they'll stack on. I'm not sure if this may be the fastest way or not, but I posted a video for those who want a visual idea. The video is not mine of course, but credit goes to the original person for the video.

EDIT- Thanks to CM Trance, I completely forgot that the trick could not work if you leave the mission, if not the Challenge Tower. So only do this method if you can dedicate the time and effort as it can be tedious if you hate Kano or not.

This achievement is self explanatory except for the secrets ones which have already been described above, so i wont get into them. The krypt contains numerous different things to add to the game, but you dont know what they are until you pick them up. If you want to know what youre going to get, check this list before you buy.
