How to unlock the Ultimate Respect! achievement in Mortal Kombat - Definitive Guide

Pretty Simple, no different from getting 1,000RP, set up a King of the Hill match; input "Sans Power Kode"

Player 1, cn_Y 4 times, cn_B 4 times
Player 2, cn_X 4 times, cn_Y 4 times

for 1 Punch Rounds then just give 10's no matter what, seems too go a little faster when theres about 5 people otherwise the servers seem too kick people alot...

I did two 5 hour sessions and a 4 hour session(all three were supposed to be 2 hours, but they ran on). So yea, approximately 14 hours total.

I'm not sure but I swear it takes the same time with 2 people than it does with 5?

By x InSoMniA o on 13 May 2011 19:59
No, with 2 people you get 10 points every 2 matches (or 5 every match average), and with 5 people you get 40 points every 5 matches (or 8 every match average). Ideally, having 8 people would give you 70 points every 8 matches, which works out to 8.75 points per match.

It may be true that you get more points per person, but wouldn't that mean more people you need to boost up anyway. So is it really worth it to do it in a big group?

if you do it with two you get alternate turns, if you do it with 5 you get nothing while you wait for the other 4 to take their turn. it's all swings and roundabouts

Something to consider...

When going for the respect points with the sans power code, make sure you do it before you go for the Fighter Masteries. Pick a character that you need Fatalities with and just keep using that character. If you are dual-boxing for it, you'll be able to get 2.5 characters the 100 Fatalities by the time you finish. Since you'll need 250 matches at 10 RP per match.

for anyone who wants additional info on the grind time, i got this yesterday after 4 boosting sessions: 3 hours with one other player, 4 hours with 2 other players, all using the sans power kode and no fatalities.

How are the servers holding up when there's 5+ players in a KOTH match? Are they still flaky?

Can anyone in 2022 tell me that KotH lobbies still work? I tried with Injustice a while back and couldn't get into a KotH lobby. So I am just making sure before I spend money to grind this achievement.

While I haven't found someone to play, the game tries to connect without saying servers are down.

Bit of advice for this. Don’t bother with the sans power code. That seems to make it disconnect even more. Just play the fight through normally. I was getting 30 fights in a row that way. The time spent messing around with disconnections is probably around the same amount of time spent fighting normally anyway.

I'm working on unlocking this in September 2023 as my last online achievement. I can confirm that private lobby matches count for both respect and online match wins. I also agree with not using sans power code or half health code, because it feels like the lobby disconnects way more often. Use the wins to work on fatalities for characters, don't bother with xrays. If you ever start lagging and it looks like you'll disconnect with the opponent, make sure to wait for the game to start moving and then leave the lobby back to the main menu. If you shut the game off and you were still in a lobby it won't count any of the respect you gained. You'll still likely disconnect a lot, the most wins I could ever get in a row in a lobby was about 10.

Invite friends or fellow TA members to a private KOH match. Alternate wins between the players so everyone gets points and doesn't have to wait forever without getting anything. To make the matches go by much faster, the losing player needs to input the half health code on the loading screen which is very simple. Just press X once and Y once and that player will start each round with half health bar. Everyone in the lobby rate the winner a 10 and the party will all have this achievement in little time. I myself am still working on it and would like players to contact me about using this method. My friends list is currently full, so send me a message @ my GT: ClaytThaGreat.

but if you are good you can get it much faster without boosting because you don't have to help anyone with it, I do wonder if I have what it takes

Yeah but when you don't boost, people are usually gay and give you like fives and sixes. also as the solution says below me if you use the sans power kombat code, you kill ur opponent in 1 hit. this also helps towards getting the wavenet achievement (100 online wins).

like i said, fellow friends and TA members... typical players will give you shit scores... people who are willing to boost with you will give you 10s, if not... say peace and find some new peeps...

I agree most people are terrible at giving scores. I don't win much, so it sucks twice as much when I actually do win and get a total of two rep points.

Add me or message me, I'll boost with ya. ColdCyberfuNk.

The best way is setup a party and use the code 0 4 4 - 4 40, gives 10 to everyone and you will do it fast.

A melhor maneira é usando o código 0 4 4 - 4 4 0, dê 10 para todos e você terminará isso rápido.
Para BR's, me adicionem e vamos fazer !

King of the Hill is an online match where other players watch you fight and score you out of 10 based on how well you performed. You must earn a cumulative total of 2500 Respect Points to net the achievement.

You can boost this with up to seven other people, giving you a total of 70 points per win. You can find a boosting partner here.

Boostable. Like the “You Will Learn Respect!” trophy you need to do it in KOTH rooms. You will need 250 wins to earn this bronze and you need to spend at less 5+ hours if you switch wins.

This is a TIP for winning KOTH matches faster; I mean with only 1 hit!:
Both players in the room sync to enable the code:
(0,4,4) (4,4,0) Sans Power Start on danger.
BEFORE every match and the winner will need just 1 hit to beat the opponent.

If you need help on how to perform the Kode look HERE.
