Pretty simple this one. Only requires 1 person and doesn't require you to play any events.
So basically select Adrenaline Party mode from the main menu, then select 4 players, achievement will pop as soon as you select 4 players, you're then free to back out and do whatever you want

Pretty simple trophy. When selecting the amount of players for an adrenaline party simply select 4 and the trophy will pop a few moments later. You only need one controller and you do not even need to start a race.
